Studio E-7 Class Return & Cancellation Policy

 

We understand that plans can change, and we want to be as flexible as possible while ensuring that we prepare adequately for each class. Please read our return and cancellation policy carefully before booking:

 

1. Cancellations and Refunds

  • In-Studio Credit: If you cancel within 48 hours of the class, we will issue you an in-studio credit, which can be used for any future class within 30 days of the original booking date.

  • No Refunds or Credit: If you cancel less than 24 hours before the class or do not show up, your ticket will be forfeited, and no refund or credit will be issued.

 

2. Rescheduling

  • If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours before the class. You may transfer your ticket to another class of equal value or receive an in-studio credit valid for 30 days.

 

3. Class Cancellations by Studio E-7

If we need to cancel a class, you’ll receive a gift card for the full purchase price or in-studio credit for a future session.

 

4. Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive 15-20 minutes early to allow time for check-in and refreshments. Guests who arrive more than 15 minutes late will not be able to participate and will receive in-studio credit to use within 30 days or you will be able to take your project home to work on it.

 

5. Transferring Tickets

  • Tickets are transferable. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to a friend or family member. Please email us at info@studioe7.com with the new participant's information.

 

6. Customer Satisfaction Policy

  • At Studio E-7, we believe in the joy of the creative process, not just the end result. However, if you are unhappy with your finished project, our instructors are happy to offer additional guidance and touch-ups during the session. We encourage you to embrace your unique creation, but if you’re still unsatisfied, you can receive a discount on a future class to help you continue your artistic journey.
